The lower leg pocket system was designed to allow you to be athletic when your pockets are full. The small pocket, nested inside a larger pocket, keeps your cell phone or Ipod safely up from the bottom of the large pocket. Normal cargo pockets swing around your leg when full. Ground Control pockets expand inside the pant leg keeping your stuff close to your body to facilitate movement and protection.
