designed the Jerseys specifically for me as a highly competitive
ultimate player. Sky high catches and layout d-blocks demand arms

UltimateJerseys are a combination of top performance fabric, the latest in sublimation printing technology, and a design to create great looking active-wear. Manufacturing techniques borrowed from the cycling world have been applied to a jersey designed and cut specifically for Ultimate Players. The technical synthetic fabric is lightweight, breathable, and extremely durable making UltimateJerseys great for busting ass across town, over mountains, on the field or the dance floor.

Sublimation is a printing technique by which colored ink is
printed on transfer paper, the paper is placed on the fabric and then
the ink is vaporized and burned into the fabric fibers themselves. The
result is incredibly sharp and detailed graphics that do not compromise
any of the material’s performance characteristics. Sublimated graphics
are apart of the fabric itself and stretch with the fabric, moisture
will wick through the graphic, and graphics are as durable as the
fabric.
Screen printing piles ink on top of the fabric resulting in jersey area
that doesn’t stretch and does not breathe. After prolonged use screen
printed graphics fade, crack, and peel, resulting in the ubiquitous old
crappy jersey look. “Um… Dude, why are there two number 1s on your
team?” “Man, I used to be eleven but one of my numbers fell off last
week.”
Same as the graphics, the base colors of the jersey are sublimated and
apart of the fabric as well. Colors do not need to be set and will
never run, bleed, or turn anything pink even when you wash them hot. We
have an array of 100 colors from which to choose the base colors of
your jersey.
Dyeing fabric attempts to bond pigments to fabric fibers. After dying
some un-bonded pigments will always remain in the fabric even after
repeated rinsing. Color will always leach out in the first couple of
washings. Most suppliers of performance jerseys give you a limited
choice of 10 or 20 colors for the base of your jersey.
We sublimate the entire surface of the jersey making graphic design
virtually limitless. We sublimate graphics with virtually unlimited
color combinations. However, to simplify the ordering process, keep
your costs down and speed up production we have imposed a few
traditional jersey parameters for the number and location of your
graphics. Completely custom jersey designs are possible but require
precision vector artwork from you.
Screen printing is limited to the size of the screen. Most printers do
not accommodate graphics larger than 12 inches or 30 cm in any
direction. Screen printers also charge a massive set up fee for each
color of every graphic.
